you could have a go with a soldering iron on the sides of the rims to warm the plastic and smooth the dents out. (carefull not melting things)

never realy noticed the resistor plate colour, will have to take a look at some pictures of the time before I dismantled my M38s.

edit : according to purchase pics, all had the black plate. after shifting thrue my MSC box, all plates black. the alloy servo mount bases where different, 4x lwb and 3x swb but all with black. Did found one new looking msc that had a white plate but that might have come from one of my willy wheelers.

Same if it is not complete i would like to have a ww1 and if it is in the same state than the scorcher I want it;-). I just hope that it has its bodyshell.

Just a small update on this one....

I've started to sand and fill some small dammages to the WW body yesterday evening.
Today i will keep the sanding process ongoing and maybe apply the first coat of primer.

More soon.

It's a 2 component polyurethan plastic repair kit. It's normally used to repair plastic front bumpers or anything related in the automotive sector.
I've been using it since a while now and i had excellent results with it. Look at my
Rough Rider Resto

It dries very fast (5min) and it's easy to sand it once hardened.

Coming along nicely mate, I like it :)
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)
