Perfect idea to keep the red original version of the clod. I restored mine some years ago and put it the original version. But last year I broke the front bumper.
It still has its original servo who work well and they are basic graupner 505. They are still working same after abuses of a 8or 9 years old guy who tried wheelings jumps and water runs. 😁😁😁. My dad made a 3 aqs 1300mah adaptator with 2 magnum motors. I remember some nice wheelings. I grown with lunch, clod and avante when I was quite. I still remember the first run with the lunch when the body wasn't paint. The first wheeling on the parking was magic

Built a Lego Speed Champions Ferrari 512M today...
Building expeience was much better than the Countach. On the 512 the parts is holding fine together, not can be said for the Countach. Even worse is the two pack of AMG. I helped a mate build the G-wagon the parts was not connecting well at all. Every time you picked it up, something fell off! |

The 512 is very fun to build. My wife offered it to me some monthes ago. The countach is not good? I wanted it... Try to find the westfalia T1 it's awesome.

The NSU body has been sitting in storage for probably 2yr now. So decided it was time to paint. This the biggest body shell I've painted. And i don't enjoy putting on window masking..... But got it done.
Still need to do silver for the trim strip. And then some tidy up, thankfully not too much seepage or over-spray. Attachments: |
