Cheers, Jonny. That makes fabricating my own servo horn a lot more feasible. :y:

For remind, the grasshopper1 has the same front as the lunch. My rere montero has bigger sterring shaft than originals. They looks like TA ones. Bigger and harder. Same the junction balls.

I'm using carbon reinforced F103 knuckles (same as Grasshopper) with 5mm ball ends in it. ;)

Servo horn #? - I got to 17.5mm since I was limited to certain offset dimensions :

Apparently that is still a bit too much for the left suspension arm. :S
Next, using the other hole in the knuckle (and tweak the horn a bit more)...

... Same the junction balls.

That turned out to be the last detail to make the setup work. Going from 5mm to 4mm. :)

Final version of the servo horn (smaller still and a one-piece FRP spacer) :

Installed :

Just fits :

A tiny detail still... the servo adjuster touches the chassis when steering left.
Took a less subtle solution to solve it this time :

Works like a charm now. :)

Nice one B) looks stealth :y: look forward to seeing a body on it ;)
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

I like these Carson tires, look nice, good profile and soft, the rims are to brittle and easily brake though.
