Dang, you have a large collection of those!

Don't be afraid to tell me if you need some of those sold, as I could use a couple of those with Willys head for my scale garage

Final two full figure willy bodies assembled & filled ... in hindsight it would have been better not to fill yet ... 




Boots & gloves cut off:




Gently heated with a hot air gun to squish them slightly, making them look more like gloves & boots, and not so much body parts ...




Not wanting to throw away anything potential useful, I had a go at removing the harness - very roughly at first ...




Then up to the lines. Note how thick the Willy body is moulded:




75% or so of the thickness removed, these could be used on a Tamiya 4x4 driver figure or the Sand Rover driver (with some modification):

Used up a lot of my stock of long M3 screws and Blu Tack making up holders for all the small bits ... now in a crate waiting for primer/paint:
