Prepared everything to apply led buckets to the Lunchbox body shells of Barbapapa and the Mistery Machine for the kids. The plan for the vacation is the beach, and running cars on the beach will be likely in the evening, so lights are mandatory.

Great info Flo. Because of my artwork and stuff I have quite a few Molotow pens including some that you can put your own paint in, Never got the chrome pens though, but I have found a set of 3 on Amazon which I may just treat myself to. I am in 2 minds about rechroming the old Lunchy bits which are spare since I have treated the body to a new set. But they could come in handy for Lunchy#2

Many years ago there used to be those chewing gum vending machines placed at malls etc, Some of those had gum that was covered in capsules that was clear two parts.
Those was perfect sizes to use a light buckets.

I still have some of those in my scale parts bin

Yes . A basic 4 leds and a servo connector....  No turning signal for this one
