Today I focused on tidying up my new mancave.
First I installed a shelf above the door for the 6x6 truck project. Then mounted a shelf under the workbench for the new bodies. This ment 2 more boxes could be removed from my shelf system on the other side where the scale garages will live. And after adding another shelf above the window I cleaned up my workbench. I also added another wood piece above the sparepar bin cabinets to give me more storage room, along with my re-re Lunchbox which is too dirty to go in the cabinet in the hallway.. |

Just messing around with the Frankenhopper seeing how it will look with the body on and with some big wheels.
I'm glad I brought the Madbull body by mistake as it has larger cut outs for the front suspension and because my hopper has replacement front shock mounts its perfect without cutting it. Also printed another style of Lunchy wheel which I quite like. Its similar to the Mach5 wheels I had on my Landrover many years ago. I do have a really good Mach5 3D wheel but it has no fittings for any Tamiya and so to use it I will have to design and print some hex type fittings for the rear and bearing fittings for front wheels. It's doable but when i've got the time and patience Lee Regards
