50F is a bit chilly..
My hobbyroom is about 59 on cold days. Needs heater to work there.

What better way to spend some of Boxing day than working on your Sons RC
Having painted this body some time ago I never got to the stickers, Now the Stickers and grill are fitted
I have also stripped the wheels to repaint since the PO had an interesting colour palette
Media blasted them this morning, Need to grab some paint tomorrow
Happily the PO did a nice job with the correct paint making it better to remove
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate

I started on the M0-6 chassis of my Christmas present Alfa Romeo Giulia yesterday and have pretty much finished it today. I’ve never built something like this before, most of my cars are vintage. So I was slightly taken aback that it took me 2 days and at the relative complexity of it. Its fully ball raced, even the steering. I’m looking forward to painting the body, I’m doing a bit of research on this as I’d like something not quite box art. I’ve seen photos of real ones where the front is painted a different colour. Any way the weather is against any painting for now. I’d also like to add some extra details to the body, so possibly proper wipers rather than a sticker. And I’d like to look at adding an exhaust at the back. The wheels on this are nice, they look like the real ones rather than something generic from Tamiya. Attachments: |

I saw one in dark metalic blue. And it looked nice . With a camel interior.

Cheers Flo, that also reminds me, I’m going to try and put a driver and some kind of interior into this. Every Tamiya needs a driver!!!

You could try a lhd rallye driver but you'll need to cut it and maybe modify it

I’ve ordered a left hand drive touring car set, just as an experiment.
