What better way to spend some of Boxing day than working on your Sons RC Having painted this body some time ago I never got to the stickers, Now the Stickers and grill are fitted I have also stripped the wheels to repaint since the PO had an interesting colour palette  Media blasted them this morning, Need to grab some paint tomorrow   Happily the PO did a nice job with the correct paint making it better to remove

I started on the M0-6 chassis of my Christmas  present Alfa Romeo Giulia yesterday and have pretty much finished it today.
I’ve never built something like this before, most of my cars are vintage. So I was slightly taken aback that it took me 2 days and at the relative complexity of it.
Its fully ball raced, even the steering.

I’m looking forward to painting the body, I’m doing a bit of research on this as I’d like something not quite box art. I’ve seen photos of real ones where the front is painted a different colour. Any way the weather is against any painting for now.

I’d also like to add some extra details to the body, so possibly proper wipers rather than a sticker. And I’d like to look at adding an exhaust at the back. The wheels on this are nice, they look like the real ones rather than something generic from Tamiya.

I saw one in dark metalic blue. And it looked nice . With a camel interior.

Cheers Flo, that also reminds me, I’m going to try and put a driver and some kind of interior into this. Every Tamiya needs a driver!!!

You could try a lhd rallye driver but you'll need to cut it and maybe modify it

I’ve ordered a left hand drive touring car set, just as an experiment.
