TOPIC:

Started sorting the bodywork and lighting on my Wild One. Lighted aluminum front bumper is on the way. 

 

I needed a day off and today was that day.
Anyway I got to spend an afternoon putting this chassis together, for another Sand Scorcher.
I’m looking forward to the challenge that is doing one of these box art.

 

At some point I’m going to have a go at cutting a new thread on these. Those little grub screws just won’t hold. I went through all my spares just to find 2 good upper arms.

 

I also put the cars that are out on display in order of when they were released. A bit OCD perhaps??!!

Yes a nice thread but not with same picts..... That could be delete.

Now i have The Hornet as my basic runner, the Super Hornet has had a few nostalgia runs but time to return it back to "stock", well as it was back in-the-day (will update build thread with more pics).  Some tidy-up work to do on the body, and tackle those rear wheels.

Service done on the Hot Shot II vintage racer Rear shocks rebuilt, On one the orings died and the other the bottom mount was just about off My new shock pliers made it easy to tighten everything  Longer screws for the electrics box and now waiting for pinion so I can install a torque tuned

 

I did some garden work yesterday. I think i have chosen the most root infested area of the areal.
