Humbrol "Rust" & Tamiya Hull Red added to the red oxide primer & selectively crusted with sea salt - been waiting for several days for weather even vaguely suitable for getting the satin black on ...

Weather "improved" to 3.1C & 88% humidity so I go the black paint on ... it looks terrible, but in this case that's a good thing

Stages of paint on the fake load - primer, basic colours & finished (various dry brushing & washes)

Sprayed stuff back from the shed - salt had soaked up so much moisture from the air it was mostly a wet patch on the floor...




Willy will be getting a Canadian Tuxedo (double denim) Helmet is finished.




Lamps are done, two and a half on the lenses have been painted black on each of them, with the rears getting clear red on the remainder.
