I didn't want to buy another driver sprue just for the headlights, but I do have quite a few spare Wild Willy headlamp outers.

I started by adding a load of Milliput to the backs of 4 of them:




Setup 1 - centre drilling outside end:




Setup 2 - pass(es) to even up the sides, supporting with live centre:




Setup 3 - facing "back"



Setup 4 - first angle ...




Setup 5 - 2nd angle ...




Edges sanded a bit, finished apart from tapping fitting holes ...

Decided I wanted illuminated lamps instead, with a much older look to them, this is progress so far:

Mark centres 20mm apart on styrene sheet, step drill holes out to 12mm, use template to mark 17mm outer circle, cut/Dremel/sand round :)

Day 8, mostly motor (2 steps in the manual).

The fog lifted for the first time in 3 -4 days, 3.6C (but warmer in the sun) & 91% humidity wasn't ideal, but I wanted to get the blue backing on...

Will those lights be painted brass color as early cars had brass lights?
