Thanks Guy's, I am very happy with the result :) Better than the option you can get with the kit, The option is to short IMO as if it was real you would have to lean forward and reach down to change gears lol.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Andy, you may have an issue if you run this car : it will be slightly disappointing not having the head of the driver turning, the steering wheel turning, and the gear lever and hand of the driver moving along the ride :-D
I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them :-)

haha Nah I doubt this car will ever be run on anything but a carpet track, The closest one of those to me is a 9hr drive haha

I have a cool new piece arriving for this project so it was time to make some more progress Media blasted the seats before priming and completing the first of the top colours, It will dry satin black This will need to harden off before I can mask off to complete the 2nd and final colour

Well that looks snazzy Custom laser cut alloy roof for this is mint I'll machine some spacers and tap the front cage bar to fit it up

Finally masked and painted the 2nd colour on the seat, Trying for and alloy race bucket with a leather insert look More pictures once it has dried and installed
