Yeah definitely!

Had a blast with the 380 can in it, took me way back, the car ran beautifully for a good 45 mins until battery conked.

Looks like my 540 hpi Saturn 27t May be the issue after all!

Yeah that’s the one, doesn’t look serviceable, might try a clean or just replace.

if it looks exactly the same as the one in the photo the is no suppression at all.....!

I think this must have been my problem all along then!!

Problems started when I got this motor, so if there’s no suppression I guess it’s kicking out noise and interference enough to mess with my setup.

I just gave it a wd40 bath and was going to try it on car, but have a broken axle spring!! Grrrr

So new motor needed really!

if the motor has no suppression, all u need to do is add some ....... and that should solve the problem,
I guess the 380 our running now has suppression on it ?

I think that’s going way out of my knowledge base.

The hpi is listed with a capacitor so thought it would have been okay?
