This currently has me hooked:
"Project Binky"
It's about 2 British nutters who are trying to shoehorn the 4WD running gear from a Toyota Celica GT4 into an original seventies Mini.
The commentary is mildly entertaining (with plenty of references to Monty Python, Blackadder etc) and the fabrication skills and attention to detail are truly astonishing.
Look out for extensive use of CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) and gallons of tea.
