...the mk1 manual does not instruct you to install BB on the inside...

I thought I covered that with the above quotation.....

Also there is no way to secure a ball bearing (or any bearing) in the recess.

Being a bit picky tonight, too  Yes, there is.... a centimeter of fuel tubing on the axle does the trick. That's what I did on my Scorcher when it was new

The RCH nylon A-arms also have those cavities, and on the RCH arms they are obviously made for bearings,

as they even had some special collars (RCH #729 Axle Collars) to keep the bearings in place.

What wheels do those hubs fit?
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

They fit the standard SRB wheels.

Thanks guys ! I ended the chassis. I just now need a rear arm and tires I found all I need in the mess. MSC are too expensive and this scorcher will be on the shelf. The arm I need has just 1 cavity for the bearing.
Tomorrow, I will post some picts.
Your help was impressive and amazing. It was only a rebuilding but now I have SRB chassis :woohoo: .
Thank you very much to everyone.

That's exactly the arm I need. Ho much? Please.
I don't know yet for the black chassis. I have to see if I can build another chassis or not. But I think that it will be sold in à Job lot. ;)

My only point was that Tamiya never intended the recess to be for a bearing. :cheer:

That does look like a mk2 arm, not a Super Champ arm.
