Oh .. I also got these two bodies for 257 mm wheelbase.

One is Mitsubishi Evo X, the other Subaru Impreza WRC 2007.

And! I've got myself a really nice sorted parts-box now. I had it all in small bags tucked inside old plastic wraps earlier. Now it's all nice and tidy. Garage is looking good!

Many thanks Tom. This chassis sounds fun to drive and very multipurpose.

I need some advice. Yesterday I got a pair of curved scissors, but I can't make any sense of how to cut!

I've cut a little into the PC material, but the best I can do is like this:

Don't tell me this is normal. What am I doing wrong? How do I get it smooth and round?

Aaaaarrrrrrrggggg. Stop.
Don't use a curved scissors.

The best way, is to use a modelist knife with a new blade.

Make a line on the line of the body, without cuting the lexan. Same for the wheeles arches and after you just have to ply on your line and the lexan break cleanly.

Ahaa! ... Ok, I understand. Thanks Sting!

What is "ply on your line"?

Shame on me! Fold (or bend) on the line you «wrote» with the knife to break the lexan.

Cool. That's very easy. Especially with thin bodies.

Oh and I like to lightly sand the edges after for a smooth edge :)
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Agree with the above, use hobby-knife and score along the edges. (no need to cut all the way through)
I usually just tear the Lexan apart after scoring. It's kind of scary the first few times, but if you have been precise with the knife you should be good.
It's not easy to get a straight line using a hobby knife, so I usually use straight scissors where to lines are straight.
